- The artwork must be registered in the Sepehr Honar Iran system and receive a unique artwork ID. This ID is the basis for generating the artwork’s dedicated QR Code.
- After registration, each artwork will have a dedicated URL and a unique QR Code. If the artwork is removed from the system, the validity of the issued certificate will also be revoked.
- Accurate completion of the Artwork Identity Certificate Request Form is required. Final issuance will take place only after review and approval by the Sepehr Honar Iran Certification Unit.
- If the request is submitted by a gallery or an art/handicrafts store, providing the artist’s exact name and the year of creation is mandatory.
